I have created a Dashboard Reporting Tool in Excel which I would like to have developed on a Web Source/Platform where it will be a central database, where multiple clients may access to view their dashboard (restricted to only their information). The Dashboard will be standardized, and if any changes or additional features are added, it will update all clientele dashboards simultaneously. Each Clientele Dashboard should be identical, except for the Company Logo and colors. Should a certain Client want a feature that not other clients want, this should be possible to do. I will also require the developer to attend to any bugs, changes or additional features that are required.

Hello, I can migrate your Excel dashboard into a Web based dashboard powered by Grafana. Grafana is an open source software (you can check it out on web) for dashboard and data visualization. In order to use grafana, I need to migrate all your data from Excel to a Database (my advice is MySQL (or MariaDB version)) and create data structure on DB. With Grafana you can customize your dashboard and also you can share any dashboard with your Clients by creating them an account on your Grafana installation by setting access rules for every dashboard resource.
