Send sms and upload site to network

I have already full site and all what left is to make automatic SMS sending with customer details to the owner phone number, after that the site have to be published with domain "[login to view URL]". 1. In the 2th attached file you can see 3 inputs, first input contain full name of the customer, second input is the email and the third input contain phone number, All this three inputs is the customer details which have to be sent to the owner phone number as a sms. 2. Upload and register the site to hosting service with domain "[login to view URL]". The site is build with HTML, CSS and jQuery. Waiting for your offers, Thank you, Daniel.
