I have worked with whatsapp API's before to send messages to the customer from grocery store. We used to send offers to the customers. In this project I have few open questions. Are we making a chat application also? I mean, how are your agents going to login and send msgs? When I used it, I used it in backend to send msgs. It will be good to have a custom chat made so that those agents wont even get to know that they are sending msgs via WhatsApp.
