First Page on Google Paying for result

Hello, SEO Job for 1st page placement on [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] - Paying for result. Long-term collaboration. This is the first project. PART 1) Pay 50% when the site reaches page 3rd or better for at least 7 amongst 14 keywords that I gave you. PART 2) Pay next 50% when at least 7 words reach 1st page and rest of them be within first 2 pages for 14 days. Project is for 90 days. If site is not on asked page of Google by the end of 90 days the project will be considered finished and no payment will be done for any success after the 90 days. I will make an escrow for 50% of the full amount and ONLY after PART 1 is ok and it will be delivered. I do not grade the page by software or other SEO ranking tools, the site needs to actually be on the desired page of Google for said key terms in order to have escrow released. I expect bi-weekly excel files showing improvements. This information should be sent via FREELANCER messaging system so that it is tracked by FREELANCER as well as both my self and winning provider.
