Affiliate Sale setup

Need a master at Affiliate Marketing to set up an easy Affiliate Offer we want to promote (very easy, I just don't have time). Involves sports betting and already has vast amounts of creatives, keywords, emails, banners, etc. I need someone to set up a landing page to collect opt-ins before sending them to offer, set up follow-up emails into my MailChimp account, add to my autoresponder, ensure that all links are working and secure, and make suggestions for best traffic for the offer and/or setup that traffic depending on the suggestion. Some busy work, but reasonably easy and can be completed in just a few days.
