50 "verified" leads

I need at least 50 "verified" leads delivered by the next 3-4 days. These leads need be direct and NOT leads from a broker. We are private lenders and we need leads from borrowers that are looking for a commercial real estate loan and/or business loans, that the borrower requires more than a $1M in amount of funding. Please see the link below of examples of the leads we are looking for. Keep in mind on that page brokers are the ones listing those leads. We are NOT looking to have leads scrapped from this site. [login to view URL] Leads need to come with full contact info (name, email, phone numbers, description of loan request) and can be delivered one at a time. Only leads in the US. We are not looking to pay more than $1-$2 per lead and will only pay after each lead is verified to be valid. This is not to be confused with a lead conversion. Once we can verify the leads (as the borrower is an actual borrower with a real loan request), we will then payout. DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE PRICE PER LEAD. This can be a long term job with compensation attached for each deal that is made.
