We will need following details to understand the requirement. - To read the meter are you using any OCR for scanning the meter read on - Electricity or water meters ? - Or you are scanning any QR, Barcodes and it enters the value automatically ? We have solution for not using internet frequently by storing all the values in a local database of the phone and at once you can click on a Sync button and all the records will be uploaded to server.
