• 8+ hands-on experience programming in Java, (optionally in C++, C#
• Should have good exposure to messaging/caching systems like JMS, Kafka, Redis etc
• Expertise in algorithms and problem solving, and internals of Java
• Design, Development and deployment of Java applications
• Experienced in writing real-time, high throughput, scalable and HA applications
• Hands-on coding using threads, data structures, memory management
• Expert in (Web)sockets, REST, HTTP(S), JMS and other messaging technologies
• Well versed good practices in design and development of the applications
• Ability to work with existing code to re-engineer
• Identify and fix the technical debt in the code base
• Experienced in using various technologies like hibernate, Spring framework
• Exposure to DevOps, Unit Testing frameworks, code reviews
• Must have DBMS experience (MySQL & MongoDB)
• Familiarity with other languages like NodeJS, Go, Groovy, etc
• Mentor junior developers
• Reactive Java experience
• Experience in building micro services
• Should have good exposure to messaging/caching systems like JMS, Kafka, Redis etc
• DevOps tools like Jira, bitbucket, ansible, etc
Preferred:
- Experience in Lua scripts and Openresty
- NoSQL (Ex: MongoDB, Couch DB, RDIS)
- Blockchain and Crypto Wallets
- Vert.x experience and familiarity with Web frameworks

I've got a ready made solution for waht you are trying to achieve.
It's a proprietary p2p (STP/DMA) trading exchange for crypto currencies.
Supports Fiat as well.
The propsal is for a BTC/LTC/ETH+Fiat trading pair, bank deposit (fiat), Logo, Company details, Pusher, Mailer, SSL integration.
Once we do that I can integrate up to 160 coins , subject of additional arrangement(already made that on other large scale exchangers)
