E-mail and Banner Advertising Design Expert (Ongoing)

Looking for Graphic Designer for ongoing design work for E-mail and Website/Banner Advertising Campaigns. We need an immediate design for one e-mail newsletter with 1 leaderboard ad (728x90 px) and one half skyscraper ad (170x200 px). This is a proof of work for a potential client, if the designs are approved, work will be available monthly for at least 12 months. We will provide specific design specification for each e-mail and banner. We will provide all logos, product images, and text. Each ad request will generally consist of 2 logos and some required text and possible font. Unless specified otherwise on each request, designer will be responsible for color selection, stock image resources, and composition/effects. Samples will be provided upon hire to use as a guideline in designs. These will include leaderboard and half-skyscraper samples, both with and without animation. Requirements: -Quality is a MUST, additional work will be dependent on client's impressions on this demo project. - Good and Fast Communication is VERY important along with ability to complete work quickly and on-time. The job requires 2-3 days turnaround time for 1 banner or skyscraper design. -Client has final approval on all designs, up to 3 reworks of art included in price. - You must have more than one design resource available to ensure timeliness and minimize risk. - You must have a significant number of examples of e-mail and banner design in your portfolio. - You must have knowledge regarding e-mail and banner design practices that maximize click-thru rates based on extensive prior experience. -Final deliverable is an email with associated image files in a high quality format (PNG for static images, GIF for animated images). ** In addition to providing a quote for this project, in your proposal please provide a quote for ongoing design work for additional e-mails and banner ads will be on a per e-mail and per banner basis. If possible include both hourly and flat fee estimates for work. If the client likes your work we estimate additional work will be 3-6 ad designs per month (beginning in June, possibly much more depending on advertising campaign results.) - Proficiency in FLASH for banner advertising is a plus
