Recreate 3 tab flash biography scroller in flash fed xml so it can be easily changed

I have a flash bio page thatlists threee teams of executives, board, leadershiop and executive. Each tem has several members with pcitures and bios for each. i ned to change the flash into xml fed flash or java script so that it looks and functions exactly as the flash object I have now which allows you to clikc the name of the team, see the members, click onthe picture of a member and a larger pciture shows below with a bio that is scrollable up aand down next to it.
