React.js Expert

We are looking for a React.js expert to create the front end for our web application using IBM's carbondesign components library, as well as being able to create new components. The application has about 20 pages, but you will use pre-made components from the library and we will provide UX design. TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS PROJECT PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING: 1. in your proposal please paste the git url to the carbon design react.js components - so we know if you know what we are talking about and that you've actually read the project brief 2. provide a list of examples of work done in react - REACT ONLY! if you send a copy and paste list of irellevant projects like php and others, we will not consider you for this project and delete right away. 3. Tell us in your bid the availability in terms of hours and during which hours you can and will be online (we require constant communication) 4. If you bid more than the project budget, or bid very low and then in DM you ask us what's the budget you will be disqualified. 5. Provide an accurate quote for building 20 pages in react using the components library and design that will be provided. If you do not do not comply with the 5 points above please DO NOT BID as we will know for sure you did't even bother to read the project brief.
