Setup Rancher Cluster with OpenStack Provider

I removed my Rancher Cluster and wanted to recreate it. Now when Im trying to recreate the cluster, it will not provision correctly. I am getting Error creating machine: Error running provisioning: Failed to obtain lock: Maximum number of retries (60) exceeded and in the cluster logs i see Failed to create pod sandbox: rpc error: code = Unknown desc = failed to set up sandbox container "4dcec1d07945d94e87d3ad292a4e6797713540e5b06ae5afc8399f790607f665" network for pod "default-http-backend-67cf578fc4-m2btd": networkPlugin cni failed to set up pod "default-http-backend-67cf578fc4-m2btd_ingress-nginx" network: stat /var/lib/calico/nodename: no such file or directory: check that the calico/node container is running and has mounted /var/lib/calico/ Can someone help me to get the Cluster working?
