Fix VPS Server from GoDaddy and Websites on the server

I have a GoDaddy VPS server and need an expert who can fix the issue. The two websites I had were gone yesterday from the server when I look into it from the front end and gives the error: "error establishing database connection" - Also, I don't see the cPanel or login to WHM as that is also not there. Upon contacting GoDaddy they said it can be fixed from SSH. Also, I have the websites back up on GoDaddy backup service. I need to get this fixed Urgently!!! Please send a proposal only if you have read and understood the project, do not waste my or your time. I will ignore proposals with copy/paste responses. Thanks

as you said you are getting database connection error as wel as Cpanel/WHM login also not working it mean your mysql server is either not running or not responding
