State your requirement, why would you like to buy a tab and use Linux on it?. Basically windows and android are Linux based os only. and Yes there must be some android tabs with an unlocked bootloader that will allow you to install custom versions. Alternatively, you can buy Raspberry pi and attach it with any display when needed for IoT projects. cheers.
