I can provide you a simple MacOS GUI app that will allow you to browse for a gzipped XML, browse for an output file name and after you click Start button it will update XML file inside selected file and save new file. I can complete it in less than a day for just $120. All I need to start is a sample input file from you. Thanks. Roman
