Store Pickup - Magento 2

I share the detail of what is sought to do: - Customer will buy a book, the stores where the book is available with stock will appear so that they can pick it up in person (magento must discount the stock of the store after the purchase in each warehouse). - Customer can choose any store to pick up the book without the need for the book to be in stock (this has to trigger a notification of a new order to the crucible so that they manually send the product / book to the store physically, show the customer notice that it took X days to arrive) - Send notifications by mail to the customer about the status of their purchase (when I made the purchase, when the order was accepted, when the order was sent from one store to another if necessary, when the order is ready for pick-up) Plus requirement: - The purchase order must be accepted by each linked store, with its own user from its warehouse before being processed. - Payment must be sent to the payment method (visa, mastercard, payment gateway, etc.) once the order has been accepted, reference to the previous point. - The user must be allowed one more payment option: pay in store when picking up. - The product (book) must have a minimum configurable stock to be purchased, customer needs that there are X books as a minimum stock.
