Community Manager - ICO

We are looking for an experienced Community Manager to support upcoming ICO and Blockchain marketing related operation. If you are a tech-savvy professional, experienced in social media and PR, we would like to meet you. Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and is able to develop engaging content. You should have great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community. Ultimately, this community manager is tasked with helping multiple ICO/Blockchain prospects move from being interested to purchasing/investing. Time Period: April to June 2018 Responsibilities and Duties: Manage interactions with users on Telegram, Reddit, Twitter, etc. Responsible for external communications, social media, events, and content creation. Use measurement tools to provide reports on metrics, and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives. Develop strong relationships with ICO users, respond to comments and queries in a timely and professional manner and to foster a positive community and add value to the user’s experiences. Manage a team of community evangelists and deliver important feedback from the community feedback to the QA and product teams. Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with overall ICO marketing and PR strategies and campaigns. Generate and share relevant and engaging text, image and video content through social media accounts, with the intent to build excitement and interest in our ICO. Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, journalists and influencers Stay up-to-date with blockchain technology, news and trends in crypto community. Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure consistency. Qualifications and Skills: Proven work experience as a community manager, leveraging use of Telegram, Bitcointalk, Slack, Reddit, Facebook, Twitter, Discord and other cryptocurrency and ICO platforms. Knowledge of, and interest in, cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies, including personal investment experience. Ability to stay calm under pressure -- always representing our brand and ICO project in a respectable way. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Fluency in English, and preferably proficient in multiple languages Willingness to work hard – You must be willing to respond to community members whenever it is necessary.
