Looking for Mechanical Engineer to calculate pressure and structural parameters (material and wall thickness) of small, high temperature pressurized capsule to conduct evaporation experiments of Aluminum, Beryllium and Lithium Fluoride. Goal of the experiments is to maximize mass of evaporated material and minimize mass of the capsule.
Please check attachments with capsule drawings. The capsules will be filled with Aluminum, Beryllium and Lithium Fluoride solid powder at fill rate (by volume) as shown in the drawings, evacuated and heated to Tboiling+ temperatures. You have to calculate vapor pressure as function of temperature and fill fraction, choose appropriate structural material, and calculate wall thickness.
Thank you

I am a veteran mechanical engineer.
I can help with this calculation.
I can use ansys or abaqus for simulation and analyzing.
contact if interested.
...............
Based on the attachment I would want to know why are three materials for wall material given with numbering 1-Tungsten ,2-Tungsten Rhenium alloy, and 3- Tantalum ceramic combination. Do I need to do calculations for each one separately??
Finally what do you mean my fill fraction?? It does not sound like a technical term to me.
Is it okay if I do all the calculations on paper using a pen and share that with you??
Thanks
Viven
sir on which tool u want to perform this analysis. actually abaqus is best known for coupled thermal analysis in which u can perform thermal+structural both and can find the stresses due to temperature distribution. I have a an experienced in that tool more than 4 years.
Hello,
I am a confirmed mechanical engineer and I master calculations with finite elements method. I do master too thermic calculations and mechanical calculations, in steady state and transient regimes.
I am good, intelligent and fast. We can work together and provide you the hole work as you want.
I am good in mechanical and thermal calculation. I can perform your calculation

i already have the experience to find out the heat transfer relation between dfo storge tanks for naffco dubai and done some thermal calculations to find the adiabatic flame temperature.
Dear sir,
I am working as a mechanical design engineer, having 3 years of experience.
Kindly consider my proposal.
Will it be okey for you if I submit the calculations by using American pressure vessel software, which follows the ASME codes.
Thanks you in advance,
