Hi, I'm an electronic engineer with more than 5 years of experience in embedded systems development using Arduino and Raspberry pi. I have done many projects related to this which uses capacitive touch screens and actuators. As you have mentioned you have 7 inch touch screen, I believe that will be your interface to control relays and servos. I would like to know the type of the touch screen and connectivity information of the screen. That way we can figure out which would be best to use as the controlled fro the project. If touch screen is Raspberry pi compatible one, we can use Raspberry pi and develop software for controlling the system. Or else if it is any other connections such as SPI, I2C we would be using Arduino for controller. With either of these controllers we can use Servo and relays and other sensors.
