Need help to recover failed Hyper-V Cluster

I have 2 servers and a SAN storage running Windows Server 2012 R2. I have installed the failover cluster on both the servers and done the clustering between these servers. After that, I have added the storage into the cluster to make it as a Cluster Shared Volume. After doing this, I have created all the virtual machines and done the Live Migration. All the servers including the Domain Controller are there in the storage. After this, I have installed the Antivirus server on Server 1 and restarted the server. After some time, VMs on Server 2 also failed so tried restarting the server. After restarting both the servers, it shows an that the Hyper-V and failover clusters as not configured. Post this, I am not able to access the Domain Controller or any other VMs. I have attached two screenshots whereby, the Storage volume is showing as 'Reserved' and the screenshot of the error which is showing up. Need help to resolve the issue and configure Hyper-V failover cluster between the two server hosts.
