iPad and iPhone App

I would like you to put together a quote for me for an iPad, iPhone App and android. The app will be used for my website which sells tailor made suits and shirts online. Our business involves many face to face bookings where we will measure up a large group of customers, show them our fabrics and help them design a suit or shirt. At the moment we are using forms and handwriting all of the information (measurements etc) onto the form. this is time consuming and it does not look very professional writing the information on bits of paper. Once we get back tot he office we create a profile for each of the customers on our website and input all of the info which has been recorded on the paper form at the booking. The app I am after is one to simply replace the paper form that we use to write all of the information down on. The app will be very simple and will really just be an automated form where we can input the information. The customer will not need to be able see the fabrics or the design tool. The things that we will need to be able to input into the app is: Deliverables Details : You will be required to develop a universal app (iPhone, iPad and android) which will have partial functionalities from https://www.institchu.com. • App will be available as free in iTunes Store. • After download from iTunes Store, On clicking app icon, a splash screen having Institchu logo will be presented for 2 seconds. • User will be presented with Home Screen having 5 modules in the following order: 1) Customer Details 2) Measurement 3) Design 4) Comments 5) Save and Email • CUSTOMER DETAILS: a) Name b) Email Address c) Height d) Weight e) Age f) Address • MEASUREMENT: - This section should have 4 tabs a) Body Measurement: b) Favourite Shirt: Here User will fill dimensions for his favourite shirt size c) Favourite Suit: Here User will fill dimensions for his favourite suit size d) Standard Size: Here user will see standard sizes for shirts and suits as per his/her details. • DESIGN: • Shirt o Fabric o Collar Type o Contrast Collar o Cuff Type o Contrast Cuff o Placket Type o Monogram (will need to be able to type what is be in the monogram) o Pocket o Fit • Suit Jacket o Fabric o Lapel Type o Front Buttons o Jacket Pockets o Vents o Satin o Front Pockets o Monogram o Lining • Pants o Fabric o Pleats o Fit • Vest o Fabric o Lapel o Buttons o Pockets o Back Style • Comments: User will write his comment. • SAVE AND EMAIL: User will see an overview for his details entered in the app. User can email the details from here to a pre specified email address. Assumptions: • App will be created for both iPhone, iPad and android devices. • App will be developed in English Language only. • App will support Portrait mode only in both devices. • All the details for drop downs can be obtained from our website. • App will use default iOS mail composer for sending E mail. • App will create a simple format doc/txt file for the details entered, and attach to the Email. • User can save that Email as Draft.
