Android Audio - Solve Difference between Amplitudes of Recorded Samples in Different Cellphones

Hi. I have a Little Android App (Attached in the Files, an Android Studio Project). And Two Cellphones. . When I record Audio with the Class Audio Record, in one Cellphone, in kind of Silence, the Amplitude (Number) of the Samples, is more or less 20, and when saying something in loud voice, the samples are more or less 200. . Yet, if I execute the very same App, in another Cellphone, the samples in silence, are 200, and the samples in loud voice, are 2000. . There is basically a difference of 10 Times the Original Value. . I understand that the Microphone could be a little different, or that it could be positioned in a place where it could receive a little more or less sound. Yet, 10 Times of a Difference between one Cellphone to another, it is kind of too much. . So. I need to solve this problem. If you are interested in this Project, send me a message. . Press Start. And it will start recording, and showing the Frequency at the Left, and the Volume at the Right. . The variable of the Volume, is called "VolString", in NotesMain Class. It is received from AudioHandler Class, from the int "VolumeActual". . Calculating it goes from Line 86 to Line 101 of AudioHandler. Here if you have the same Difference with Two of Your Cellphones, you will see how the "samples[]" short takes really different values from one Cellphone to Another. .
