The application should be called "Hiker"

Looking for a very good android developer with very good graphics skills and knowledge in using material design in android. Hiker app is the app that will be used mostly by people who hike, it have users, hiker, Car Owner, Admin. The application should be able to access location and pinpoint the user location and and show list of possible car owners on the way willing to give ride to the hiker thus showing distance, and car information of the car owner as well as personal details. The Hiker should be able to select or type destination then the app shows all car available for giving lift and the destinations possible departure time or distance between hiker and car owner. The app should capitalize in mapping routes and accessing phone gps to locate both hiker and the car owner. Both users should have log in details All registrations should pend approval by admin. The car owners should be able to pin obstructions in the road allowing them to ping location so that other drivers knows the possibility of those objects and distance These should be animated by flat icons such as cows, wild animals, goats, accident or police :) The car owner also should be able to list his or her departure time and how many hikers he or she want with choice of gender be it female or male or mixed. Hikers should be able to see the car owners in their location with radius of 30km only or hikers be able to choose their radius of choice.
