Create YouTube promotional video in CS4

The project is to create a YouTube promotional video using CS4 The finished video will be approximately three and a half minutes long (no more than four minutes) and the text, storyboard and the logo design is supplied. You will need to create some simple but modern graphics as well as incorporate video clips (3sg files), stills, and MP3s. Graphics will include a world map with a moving line displaying a route travelling around the world from city to city, manipulation of still images, (fading, resizing, moving etc) and inserting bullet point text in sync with the spoken video. You will be supplied with all the raw content except for two short background music sound bites (5 seconds each) which you will need to source from legitimate royalty-free suppliers and of course design the computer generated graphics and text. Time is of the essence so that early responders able to engage meaningfully and produce in a few days will have an advantage. Communication is via Skype and good English is required. Sorry but I have a hearing loss and cannot understand the Indian accent! You will need to have previous experience with this work and be able to show not only finished work but how much you created of the finished product. Output must be in Adobe CS4 readable format. I know what I want and can communicate this well when on Skype so you will know very quickly what is required and not ever be wasting time with dozens of changes. Thank you!
