Hello, I can develop the system. It will have all features that you describe in DOC. I'm a full-stack web developer having 5+ years of experience. I'll work on it individually from UI/UX to System Testing. I'll prepare some figma design and show you. After your consent I'll code for front-end then APIs integration and backend. When coding will be done then I'll test it and You will also test all its features. I'll give you robust solution. I give 3 months tech support in case code give you error.
