I ALREDY DONE this project based on sample data and specifications. I have added a column to INSCR table with name c_activ long text (4000) and updated this column with data from porte_s in comma separated list format. I found 115090 records matched from both tables (with c_activ completed).

I can do it in less than 3 hour, i just need more detail from you, do you need additional column or anything to be done with your data.
