Hello I would like to develop a web application or windows application as you want that allows to do the following things: 1) put the url of any blog post 2) take all the pictures of the article and make a slide 3) take the text of this article 4) transform the text in voice over with the technology Text to speech in windows it is integrated I use it already 5) make a mp4 video 6) to be able to edit the images and the text and change them 7) to have one or more effect of transition to pass from a photograph has the other if possible if not the effect slide of right to left goes to me. in general I do it manually with the application [login to view URL] but it takes too much time to convert each time with my text to speech tool i would like to automate it. I attach to this project the shema of what I want to do. the goal is that the application does everything by itself and I just have to change sometimes the texts or the images the voice over to regenerate it if there is an error in the text that's all.
