Online Charity Portal User Interface

I need someone to design for me some pages (in ASP) with user logon and sign on capabilities for presentation purposes. The programmer would need to produce 8 pages in ASP that is fully navigatable. Basically 7 of the 8 pages are duplicate pages. I'm planning to use these pages for presentation purposes only before the actualy project implementation. The 7 pages consists of the following:- 1. Main Page 2. About Us Page 3. Donate Page 4. Directory Page 5. Events Page 6. Forum Page 7. Contact Us Page. Refer the the power point slides attached for more information. Basically these pages are duplicates. All I need is to have a title at the "Contents" area to show whether it's a main page, about us page and etc. I need to click on the navigation tool bar to navigate between these pages. The 8th Page will be like a sign up page when users go to when they click the "New User" button. This is also shown in the slides. I would need the following fields for user sign up:- 1. Username 2. Password 3. Fullname 4. Address 5. Age 6. Occupation 7. Sex That's about it. I'm planning to use these pages for presentation purposes. The successful bidder may eventually get to work on the whole project. In the mean time this bid does not require any fancy stuffs except for the user login and sign up page. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The user interface of the portal should be written in ASP. The database should be MS Access DB.
