We need a web site built that will allow our customers to design and purchase printed banners to be produced on a large format inkjet printer. We would like our site to operate in a manner similar to the sight at [login to view URL] , but in a more design friendly way. We need for our interface to enable the customer to do some fairly sophisticated design operations, and transmit to us the final results so that we may recreate their design accurately. ## Deliverables Please refer to the attached file for detailed specifications. Our Responsibilities: ? Through the admin interface, we will be responsible for populating the CATEGORY, SUBCATEGORY & ITEM tables in the database; there is no need for the contractor to populate these tables if the admin interface functions properly; ? We will be responsible for providing and uploading clip-art images to server; ? We will be responsible for providing the artwork (logos, etc.) the contractor requires for the project; ? We will be responsible for providing all specific information required by contractor for the project; Contractor's Responsibilities: ? Design and implement CustomerUI and AdminUI; ? Create client-side scripting and server-side business logic to enable all required features; ? Design and build SQL database to enable all required features; ? Complete project in 45 - 60 days; ? Provide troubleshooting for any malfunctioning processes; Provide technical support for 90 days following completion of project. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform We would consider a Flash application, but we think an ASP or ASP.NET application for a virtual private hosted windows server would probably be the way we would like to go.
