Guide me on oracle database XE, PLSQL and if you can oracle web cache I just want the basics!!! from the very basics i would move on alone. Like hello world in plsql something like that.

I'm a java j2ee software developer. I don't know almost anything about oracle. I have downloaded oracle XE and Oracle AIS and i'm trying to work with it. The task is please guide me on the basic .ora files of oracle I want to understand them i think its called something like [login to view URL] Please guide me on the basics of oracle database administration. Please Guide me on PL/SQL show me how to write and compile PL/SQL with my environment. I created an ear application with a war inside it however I cannot access the JSP please guide me how can I access the jsp via web browser. Please guide me on oracle web cache how to install and use. The guidance should be performed using skype, email, we can talk, chat, I will ask questions, you will answer etc... Should be taken at convinient time and place to both of us and SHOULD NOT BE LIMITED TO ONE SESSION, the guidance will end when I understand the topics i mentioned. I just want the basics... just give me some sessions with the basics and i will move on, i want my environment to be quickstarted with simple plsql working and stuff like this.
## Deliverables

(No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
