redesign my website

hey, what i need is to redesign my site <[login to view URL]> which is a daily sms alerts site i need a web design & a new logo the new logo will be "smstoday" and the site url will be [login to view URL] the design can be in flash or just photoshop, it can be also with the same structure, 8 categories(sport,fun,religen, astrology,love, memos,packages,news),top alerts, and a list of the alerts or if you have a better idea for the structure and the design please include a schema or a art of it or a similar website which you know. you can view the main site in <[login to view URL]> and i include a file with all the tranlating because this design is in hebrew,you dont have to design it in hebrew, write it in english and i will translate it later. i prefer light and bright colors, i want it to be simple and light. a site which i liked it's colors is [[login to view URL]][1] also i want to base the design on a character , like i did in the current design which has the yellow smile character YOU HAVE TO MAKE ONLY THE DESIGN, NOT HTML,NOT AJAX,NOT PHP,NOT ASP.
