Shopping Cart

Dear All, I am basically looking for a Php/Mysql/AJAX based shopping cart integrated with the eway ([login to view URL]) xml payment system . <[login to view URL]> with westpac Merchant Account well as Paypal, Goggle checkout and direct transfer and cash on delivery options. Please let me know if you are using third party software( not preferred). Regarding the shopping cart I want the usual stuff but you must be able to modify( add or remove ) as per my requirements. I should be able to tell your after looking you demo. We will provide the designing which will be integrated to your website. I will also hold the rights to modify the software as I needed in future and may use in multiple [login to view URL] must also not reference this site or use any kind of logo( I will remove anyway). If you do not agree to this please do not bid. You must also agree to work (upload) on my test site before migrating to the main site.
