Flip Book and Guest Book

I Need a Flip Book and a Guest Book put together. I need a flip book that the pages turn and that also has a next and prevs button. Here is an Example of something that i am looking for [login to view URL] DOES NOT have to be the same but something close to it. But I also need a guest Book inside the Flip Book. So here is what i also need, I need to have this open. What I mean is i do not want a login for the guest book, it need to be open so anyone can write in the guest book. This is an example of what i want: A book that has the page turning but on one side of the book is the populate text and on the other side is the guest book where people can input their Names, Email Address, and Comments. Now when they hit submit. there information will automatically populate in the other page. But i also want a way for people to comment on there post. But When Some one new what to write a post I want a new page for that person, that is where the page flipping comes in, I want this effect. If you think that you can do this in Flash or PHP or Javascript, then please let me know.
