Landing Pages

I need 2 different simple/short Landing Pages (2 different offers) and accompanying Order Pages created to capture name/email opt-ins for leads (on the Landing Page) and after submitting the opt-in form, redirecting to an Order Page. ? The 2 landing pages will take existing artwork and Offer text and will require laying out the presentation in a pleasing and professional looking page that is clear to the user what to do to take advantage of the offer. ? I will provide the product info. and images, headline and offer text, and Form Code for the opt-in, you will create a web page with professional layout that LOADS FAST. ? You can use plain HTML or HTML/CSS - whatever gets the job down and works cross-platform and cross-browser and loads fast. The Order Pages will be mostly a form for more info (address, phone, etc) and additional text following the same design theme of the Landing Pages. This is a very simple web page design job with minimal technical expertise required but good graphic design skills needed. I can provide examples of what I mean, I need to see samples of your prior work doing similar jobs.
