We wish to create an ad authoring tool for our clients to install on their PC and create 15 second FLV adverts using a set of standard templates. Clients will select a template from a library and add text and image. The newly created advert will then be saved to a folder. We wish this to be an application which clients can download from our website so that they can open the application by clicking on an icon on there PC screen.
