Dealer/Customer Interface

Dealer/Customer Interface (Kind of CRM) We are looking to provide a web interface for which our Dealers and their Customers can access a series of URL’s and customer information. We require 3 Levels of Access, 1) Admin 2) the Dealers, 3) Customers Each Dealer to only see what is below them in their hierarchy i.e. customers. Sections Needed for Interface: 1) Contact Info Customer. 2) Contact Info for Dealer 3) URL Section with indication if URLs are active. 4) Area for customer to upload 8 possible jpeg images and titles. 5) Notes section. (Dealer and Higher) 6) Log all Dealer access to customer account and post link in Customer Section. (Customer needs to know if Dealer accessed their account info) 7) Each Customer to see their Dealers Logo at the top of page and link to Dealers Website. 8) We are planning to have a server which a device at a customer’s location will ftp files onto; we would like this interface to be able to link to these files. (We will be putting that out for bid as well.) Admin: 1. Admin GUI to input all contact data relevant to the Customer and Dealer info. 2. Enter URLs relevant info to Customer pertinent links.? On Customer’s GUI they are to only see a title not the full URL, title to be entered by Admin.
