Simple Joomla Site

I need this site I have attached in Joomla. It is very simple, the requirements that I need are the following: 1) Static header: I should be able to update this image from Joomla 2) Slider: I should be able to upload new images to joomla for the slider to take 3) Editable Content: I should be able to edit the website content for every page, from joomla editor 4) Time: I need to show the time in Cameroon, Africa and the time in Calgary, Canada 5) The rest of the internal links will be the same as the home page but with different content. Important Notes: 1) I need this in 2-3 days max 2) I need to do this website in my server, but then I will need you to transfer this to other domain 3) I need someone cheap that can get me this fast
