Lotus Domino & XML scripting program

Looking for a company or freelancer who is well versed/experienced in Lotus Domino and XML scripting for a project. I'll need your expertise to analyzer this flow and tell me what to do or expected and total cost + optional maintenance of 20 hours. Development should not be more than 1 week (5 working days). Details ====== 1) You must have your own test lab for scripting and testing purposes. I need proper English communications. Regular updates and prompts replies. 2) Must be able to develop scripting for Lotus Domino 6.5.2 and support 8.5 version as well. 3) Develop a script in Domino to scan and pick out key words from emails and parse it over to simple program/database on same server or separate server (windows IIS 2003/2008) which you will need to execute XML/HTTP commands (API will be provided) to target IP based device. 4) This is a small program. If you are experienced than it will be a breezed. 5) I expect a some level of implementation support when we test it on Development/Production environment. At least 1 month. 6) Optional - 1 year program for maintenance & support of 20 hours support.
