Update a Wordpress site (1382180)

I need to update my site with some updated designs and SEO tagging structures in Wordpress. The current pages need to be updated to match the new pages. The current site is [login to view URL] I plan to keep 50% of this site with current functionality but I just need some updates done to enhance the site which requires updating the theme and updating code and widgets. The pages called About Us, Speaking, What's not working for you and Services will change to new design but use some existing content. The other pages attached to this project description will be changed as some have new structures and need to be added to navigation. Partners tab will be consistent on all tabs even though its currently showing only on one page. its part of header nav and is persistent nav. I also need SEO structures updated so it will work for SEO and H1 tags for each post are in proper order of importance so spiders crawl posts properly. I need hierarchy of site corrected so its SEO friendly. Currently there are SEO structural issues that need fixing. Currently we are using SEO wordpress plugin for this but we need to make sure the architecture is really taking advantage of SEO. Time to complete this is less than 1 week.
