Write some software -- 2

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed using [login to view URL] Few Features to Orange HRM open source version. I need following features. 1. Add A Loan Menu, where i can create create loan detail for employees. There is no much complicated calculation or anything, just the loan amount, start and end date, no of installment. (please look opensource demo loan module in iceHRM for all the fields.). I should be able to print loan for a particular employee in A4 format. 2. The default employee module in orange HRM doesnot support print for individual employee details. I need that feature for in A4 format. 3. Add New menu , company documents manager, the fields input are select company, enter document title, issue date , expiry date and attachement. 4.. configure existing notification feature to fire email during document expiry. and also employee immigration detail expiry.
