IP and Browser Check Page (Technical built up based on PHP and MySQL)

I would like to publish an ip and browser verification and checking page. I'm looking for someone who can make me this page technically and publish on my webhost. (PHP, MySQL) The best would be to have an shortcode for wordpress to be able to use CHECKs on my wordpress website. 1) The page should show the following functions to the Visitors: - IPv4 geolocation details, (using an IP geo providers API), with built in Google MAP - IPv6 geolocation (using an IP geo providers API) - DNS Servers - WebRTC Leaktest - Flash IP test (if available) - Battery information (if available) - User agent - Browser information - Request headers - Timezone (IP based and Java based) - TCP connection information - TLS test 2) Additional: All visitors should have the chance to get a Shareable-LINK from their results. So the collected information needs to be stored on the Webserver to provide and generate these shareable links. 3) Additional: Tooltips should be displayed on some points to give users the chance to get informations about details.
