PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU HAVEN'T READ THE JOB GUIDELINES We are a carpet cleaning business and we are looking to upgrade our current booking system. Visitors must be able to see prices and book themselves according to our availability. More details: Must Features 1. Mobile Optimised 2. GDPR compliant 3. 2-Way Sync with Google Calendar containing all the booking details 4. Fast loading 5. Availability setting 6. I must be able to update prices and images 7. SMS intergration (we use SMS [login to view URL]) 8. coupon/Discount and Gift Card enabled 9. Avoid/Decline double bookings [login to view URL] calendar and available booking times 11. Allocate job time according to price bracket (the bigger/higher the cost the higher the allocation of time) Eg. $150 to $200 allocate 2 hours. 12. No need to include Point of Sale/Charge gateways. We charge onsite once the job is completed. 13. Email auto-responsers upon booking 14. I must be albe adjust allocated time manually if I need to 15. Manual enter bookings in Google calendar (when client book via phone call) must reflect and not clash with the ones done online 16. Notification with SMS 17. Clients should be NOT able to book for the same day or next day A mockup of the booking system pages is attached. Hi I have read your proposal and understand that you are looking to upgrade your current booking system and I have checked the image and current booking URL to understand your requirements deeply. I have a few things to ask you! "Availability setting" what kind of algorithm or logic you want to put behind this setting? "Avoid/Decline double bookings" so you mean to put a logic or filter where the system will find out the date and time if there is existing booking then the system will not accept new bookings. How many bookings can you take in the same date and time?

Hi, if you are interested in my bid, will need copy of your current wordpress website, so i can integrate it directly (will create it as as module). Also will need to know you want if you want sync data with google calendar directly (load new data with each page load) or rather sync in periodically (for example every minute) + directly after booking. Also will need to know in what format should be data stored at google calendar + have access to api. Best regards Peter
