Build me a website / backend for my mobile application

Hi, I am working on an android app which needs a backend and corresponding website/admin panel. I need to have the following features in the backend: 1. User should be able to register with the following information >Name, age, dob, gender, interests, location(Latitude, Longitude, and String), cell number. 2. There should be a provision to update each of the above fields either from API or from admin panel. 3. There is a provision for the user to invite his/her friends to the app. The user will be awarded some in-app currency once the invitees join with the link shared by the user. Hence it needs a complete end to end tracking of the invitations. The backend hence must notify the user of the same. 4. The backend must fetch some random quotes from an opensource API (I will provide it to you) and store it somewhere which will be consumed by the app. 5. The backend must keep the track of in-app currency owned by the user at any time and must also have a provision to update/add from the admin panel. 6. The user can redeem the in-app currency into real money from the app. The request hence should be visible to the admin for approval and redemption. 7. PayTM / MobiKwik integration will be required on the backend side for redemption. We will be working in close association with me since I will be integrating the APIs as soon as you are implementing them. Bids to be strictly below 100$. I can't pay anything beyond that. The payment will be done only after the completion of the project. Hence, please refrain if you are not ok with this condition.
