building a web site and app for property inventory company (laravel + ionic).

we are newly established property inventory company and we have our technical guy who build most of our front ends and database tables to have better understanding for who is going to take this project. what we are looking for is someone to take the project form there using laravel to complete building the website and about 50% from website features into the mobile app. the general idea of what we need is that the client is requesting inventory services. in which the process include revising and editing the requested service. and then forwarding the request to the inventory agent, in which he/she generate the inventory template according to the property size and content. The main contents of the project: 1- client (3 type) 2- staff ( 4 type ) 3- contracts 4- orders (visits) ( 4 type ) 5- inventory template ( contain property, property item ) by order 6- invoices (by order) with different payment options 7- Property (by client) There are few but crucial more details that would follow later. and projects will be on specific milestones. we need whoever awarded the project to build the back end on live environment in order to be allied with our technical guy and ensure full understanding in a timely manner. please check the website: [login to view URL] The requested technology and language is : Php & Mysql, Laravel framework and Vue, Bootstrap, Ionic , jQuery
