Can you make a very fast webapp? CSS Grid design

Courier companies currently have different apps for their company. In our country we have about 4 different courier companies. We want to create an web app - all coureirs in one solution. You make drawings of each image and diagram of each step by step. User database: User creation (mail + login or facebook or google +) + mail confirmation. By using Facebook, a user's image is added. Alternatively, the user can insert an image himself. The user can correct and change their profile. Administrator area where we can search, modify, and view errors on users and their searches.
