Code Upgrade of VBA-Excel-XML User Application to Windows 7 and Excel 2010

Project E – Write code and upgrade my User Application The User Application downloads live racing data download from a XML server. VBA Excel Application currently working on Windows XP, Excel 2003 modify to work on Windows 7 and Excel 2010. The application downloads race betting data (win/ place values) under password from a XML server. (i) Write code and do other required upgrades to the VBA Excel application currently working on Windows XP and Excel 2003. At the present time SOAP libraries are selected from VB References. Modify this Application to be fully compatible with Windows 7 and Excel 2010. (ii) Check and fix the ‘final and closing download’ that brings in the race result (four numbers) to each M Sheet. At the present time, some downloads do not occur correctly. (iii) Test same for correct operation and fix bugs. Firstly, my username and the password provides a alphanumeric acceptance code from the XML server on signing up. This acceptance code number is valid for a single day only Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). Thereafter, the 'VENUE CODE’ is filled in manually by the user. On scheduling the dialogue box, the Application starts automatically on time. Firstly, the ‘LOAD RACE DETAILS’ are filled up to provide each Race URL. Thereafter application starts downloading data. From then, automatic periodic download of the data occurs at set intervals as coded.
