Create a responsive Bootstrap 3 Wordpress site in Less / BEM101 from a PSD

I’m searching for a developer who can create a Wordpress site, from a psd file. The site has the following requirements: - I’ll deliver a complete Wordpress template, with Bootstrap 3 - Fully responsive - You have to use LESS - You have to use the BEM101 methodology You may only use the following Wordpress plugins (NO other without consultation): - Contact7 for the form(s) - ACF-PRO (for most of the website pages/functions) You may only use the following javascript libraries/files (NO other without consultation): - jQuery - Bootstrap 3 js - Swiper (for the slider(s)) The sites (a website for a furniture shop (but no webshop)) contains the following pages: A Homepage: - A page with blocks (use Flexible Content in the ACF) plugin, see screenshots. A Collection page: - The collection is a custom post type. This page is an overview of all collection items. A Collection detail page: - Detailpage of an collection item An outlet overview page: - Outlet is a custom post type.
