Custom blog to insert in existing site

Do NOT bid if you have not read and understood till the finish: I need a PHP blog that is custom made (No CMS or used code from somewhere else) Required features: -Need to be implemented seamlessly into an existing (PHP) site as an additional section. -That blog needs to be integrated into the body part of our site with an “include” command, which provide the header and the footer (so you have no access to the header or footer or other pages on our site) -Display blog with nice CSS styling (color and style somewhat fit into our existing styling). -Blog needs side menu for articles based on date (year, month) and categories (all or specific) -Side menu also needs to list keywords, based on which other articles can be found -Adding title of blog into the URL for better SEO. -Blog needs like and social share feature -Admin section needs full HTML editor and categorization (for topics) -Super admin can determine which user is allowed to be blogger -Code needs to be commented for easy maintenance and changes in the future -Keep code and file structure simple with only a few files in the same directory All info needs to be contained in one or at most two MYSQL tables. The users will be fetched from the user DB. The include feature already gives you (e.g. user) info from certain tables – however, you don’t have access to our tables/DB or any DB username/pw for your development. We can give you the table structure of our user DB, so you can imitate that structure for your testing. All development needs to be done on your own workstation - no FTP access.
