Customize wordpress marketplace website

Iam looking for an experienced full stack developer or a team to customize some functionality and design on my employee and contractor management (word-press) website that was developed from a theme. I Am providing below with as much detail as possible. However, I am looking for a developer who can take ownership of the project, think outside the box, not afraid to suggest various options( even if it is expensive) and have good design skills. All the integration should match the website and the preferred font is (Arial) It may be a good gig for an up and coming freelancer. If you need additional information before bidding pls let me know. And kindly read everything before biding FORUM/PROFILE Customizing the currently available form builder admin control module to more comprehensive control along with the ability to restrict access to some portion of the form only to paid customers, in which the payment will be connected to the website's existing payment gateway. The admin of the site should have full control over customizing the forms.
