Excel database tool generates reports

BID ONLY ONCE YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD The idea is that the user can make reports from a database- it will be inside a web page. • I have a master database (In excel spreadsheet) that contains approximately 500 records. Each record has approximately 30 fields (text, date, numbers, etc.)- Example excel attached. • The user must be able to extract reports from that database, but user must not access the database as a whole. Database info must be protected then. • In the reports section, the user first will select what attribute to find (one ore more, see excel): Pais, Zona, Código CMF, Rating, Rating Date, Convenio…. And so on…). • After the above attributes are selected, user will type, for example, the name of the entity or part of that name and the application must suggest the name or similar names from the database so the user selects the one looked for. For example if you see the Excel, if a user is looking for “Allianz Se”…. When they start typing the first letter (A), the application will suggest Allianz Se and Allianz Global Corp….. because both start with letter A. The user then can select one of them. Then the app will display a record of the fields selected for the report of that name. It is important that should show only when rated. If the rating shows “NR”, means “not rated”, and therefore not shown in the report. For example, the user selected Allianz Se, then the app will indicate “Standard & Poors Rating of AA, dated 11 july 2007 and Moodys rating of Aa3 dated 10 October 2017, but will not show AM Best or Fitch since they did not rate that entity and therefore that information has no value. All in report format excel or excel in pdf if requested that way. • On another example if user starts typing the word “network”, the app should suggest “Hdi Global Network Ag” since that entity contains the “network” word within its name. • Once selected, then the application will show the rest of attributes the user has selected to view. • The user can do this with only one name, or can generate a report (exportable in excel and pdf, and downloadable or sent to an email of choice) with numerous names the user has selected. • This application will be inside a section of a website developed in wordpress. • The look and feel of the report needs to be as corporate image and logo -to be provided Report should also include day and time of report.
